Meet Dr. Char'dae C. Bell
Consultant, Workshop Facilitator, Peer Mentor, and Academic Editor
What’s good! I advocate for Black women using the language we naturally speak in mental health spaces. Through consulting, workshops, peer mentoring, academic editing, and training, I break things down in ways that feel real, culturally aligned, and easy to understand.

Culturally Relevant Language
Training
This training teaches mental health providers how Black women communicate in therapy and why culturally relevant, culturally appropriate language increases trust, clarity, and therapeutic success. Providers will learn how Black women show up in mental health spaces, the language we naturally use, and how to create an environment where our voices are understood without judgment or correction.
Speaking Engagements
Speaking engagements are designed to spark meaningful conversations, inspire personal growth, and provide practical insights on mental health, cultural identity, and resilience. Led by a passionate Black mental health advocate and educator. Whether you’re an organization, school, or community group, we’re here to bring impactful, transformative dialogue to your audience.
Need somebody real to come talk that talk? I speak on mental health, healing, and keepin’ it 100 in every space I step in.
Lemme Holla At 'Cha
Welcome to my blog, a space where we keep it real about all things mental health, personal growth, life’s challenges, and school. Here, I blend culturally authentic perspectives with relatable insights to spark conversations that matter. Using African American Vernacular English (AAVE) and a down-to-earth approach, I break down complex topics to help us navigate life, heal, and thrive—on our terms. This is more than a blog; it’s a community for growth, resilience, and empowerment, all while staying true to the culture. Let’s grow, learn, and talk real together.
